Hi, I’m Tiffanie!

I’m a motivational speaker, an award-winning author, and a holistic wellness and mindset coach who teaches Yoga, Pilates, and group fitness classes. I also do personal training that focuses on mindful transformations.

 

My passion is helping my clients feel their best in their bodies, so that they can live a fulfilling, vibrant life!

From Bootcamp to Meditation, Tiffanie is an experienced coach and teacher.

As a Motivational Speaker, Certified Holobody Coach, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Teacher and Reiki Master, I have a wide range of skills that cover mind, body, and soul. 

The tools I use to help people feel their best include:

  • Fitness (Bootcamp, HIIT, Interior cycling, Personal Training)

  • Sleep Hygiene for deep, relaxing and rejuvenating sleep
  • Reiki (Reiki may provide mental health benefits and calmness for a more vibrant life)

As a corporate wellness Coach, I work with employees in groups or individually to release stress, overwhelm, and distractions through meditation, life coaching, and mindfulness. I use my J.U.S.E. Your Life philosophy to help my clients overcome anxiety and depression.

My coaching programs are fun, simple and accessible for everyone! By helping you clearly define what you want to achieve, I can create a plan that will help you reach your goals and stay on track.
