Why join us online?

  • Because despite what the weather is like, you don’t need to travel far. Simply turn on your laptop or phone and start moving with us!
  • Regular check-ins and friendly reminders are sent via text message before class begins, so no excuses not to show up.
  • Classes are conveniently offered in the evenings and on Saturday mornings.
  • Everyone is welcome regardless of ability, age, fitness level.
  • Having weights is a bonus, but is not necessary to join class.
  • All you need is a computer or phone with access to Zoom, and a good attitude!
